Refund Policy

We want our customers to be 100% satisified with their purchases, that's why we offer a refund policy for all items purchased on our online store.

If you are not completely positive that you want to keep your purchase, you can take advantage of a 30-day no questions asked refund. We will process the refund within 3 business days. This includes items returned full or empty boxes and opened or unopened products.

Please email contact@pureneedshop.com to receive instructions on where to send your package and a printable return label. The program still applies if the actual product is defective in any way discovered prior to use. It does not apply to items damaged by user error such as dropping an item, excessive splashing, or spilling of liquid into the product. For repairs, please contact us at contact@pureneedshop.com.
